Category 賽事組別

Solo Category:

• Open - no age limit

• Youth - 16 to 30

• Senior - over 30

• Master - over 40

• Veteran - over 50

• Veteran Plus - over 55

Team of 2 - no age limit. There are men’s, women’s and mixed sub-categories in 2-person Team category.

個人組別：

• 公開組（不設年齡限制）

• 青年組 (16至30歲)

• 壯年組（30歲以上）

• 進步組（40歲以上 )

• 元老組（50歲以上）

• 元老+組（55歲以上）

雙人組別：各組別另分別設有男子組、女子組及男女混合組，不設年齡限制。

Course Markings 賽道標示

The course will be marked with PINK colour directional arrows and ribbons. At junctions there will be an arrow indicating the direction of the route as well as ribbons along the correct route.

賽道沿途會以粉紅色箭嘴及絲帶標示，及在分岔路口將豎立箭嘴及絲帶以指示正確方向。

Prize 獎項

Luggage Store 行李寄存

Personal luggage can be dropped at start point and will be transported to finish point.

個人行李可寄存於起點，賽會會將之運送到終點。

Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners in each category.

各組別頭3名可獲獎盃及獎品。
